This simple rest is a great lightweight alternative to shooting sticks, bipods, and hardware-based shooting rests. Very well-made super lightweight and it mounts to your pack at $35 totally worth it I think this thing is awesome where they are out deer hunting or shooting squirrels do you need one for your bag or pack I am glad I bought it and I have recommended it to several of my friends
Have had it for a few weeks. Wraps up easily to fit on a pack like an iso-mat. Quality material that seems it will hold up for a long time.
Hunt out west exclusively. Find that with longer shots, we get down and use a rest fairly often. This is just what I need for a field expedient rest from prone to keep solid on my pack.
This is the best idea ever for shooting from a backpack… It keeps my rifles from rolling on the pack and holds it rock solid. Every bit as good as my bipod. Picture is not from shooting, strictly to show rifle stability vs just resting on the pack itself

Mounts and detaches quickly; can be used on a bag as small as the Little Trick to use as extra stability should you need to deploy your SBR or on larger bags for quick stabilization to make those long shots in the back country.
I like it haven't had opportunity shoot off it yet but looks like it will work gr8. If it doesnt mount the other way on pack so you could use your pack standing up like it alot more. But i could be missing something there.
