With Airbase’s big air pockets, you have nothing contacting the majority of your skin surface, while adjacent polypropylene wicks moisture, so you always feel dry and warm.
Designed for a close-to-the-body feel with a four way stretch material that won’t hold you back.
With a water resistant, yet-extremely breathable membrane and 4-way stretch, mid weight layers provide excellent warmth-to-weight ratio to keep you comfortable without weighing you down.
Technical, versatile, lightweight, and built to last. Made of 4-way stretch polyester with a DWR finish, providing a close riding, athletic fit with a cut that gives unrestrained freedom of movement.
Featuring 80gm Primaloft insulation, packable into its inside-chest pocket, breathable, and touting a superior warmth-to-weight ratio, Eberlestock cold weather gear is built to perform.
Four-way stretch fabric with a 40K+ breathability rating and 20K+ waterproofing will keep you dry when it rains -- and will not cause it to rain condensation inside the jacket when you are climbing up a mountain.
Like it says, has the amazing eberlestock quality and very lightweight. My only problem is it barely fits.. I wear 2xl everything and I cant wear this jacket unless I keep the zippers on the arm pits open the whole time or it cuts circulation off to my arms and I have average shoulders and arms. Im 6'2. When I think of a shell, it should be bigger than what ever size it is supposed to be so you can fit your insulated jacket under it. Please fix the sizing or make a 3xl. At this point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you are a smaller guy. I would rather just wear the old frog togs over my wasted $450.
The title says it all. My experience with your products has been excellent.Thank you!
Wish they had a 3x because the 2x is tight. All of my coats that are 2x have plenty room? Wish I could change out for 3x.
I have many outershells and this is the best I have had, by far. It is not cheap, so for everyday use I will still wear my 5.11 Approach as it is a fine waterproof jacket at half the price of the top premium jackets out there. I wont risk tearing my Trinity using it everyday BUT for those occasions in which I need the best , those hunts in which I know I will need to perform physicallly and keep dry under radical weather, this is it. I took it to Antactica this January just in case temperatures never fell enough for my Snow Mantra, but ended up not even taking the heavy down from the luggage. I never needed anything more than the Trinity even under 20F and I never felt sweat compromising the breathability or icing on the ouside of the membrane. An addeed bonus is that I love the Doppeganger pattern for hunting , even I was the only one wearing camo on my expedition... If you need the best jacket at any price.. this is it. If I would ask for a change , I would want a chest pocket, but to be honest I never missed it much and it would defuse some of the minimalistic Trinity design I love so much
