Formerly called the LP1 or FannyTop Lid, the MultiLid comes as an included add-on to a handful of Eberlestock packs, can be purchased separate and integrated with most Eberlestock packs, or can be purchased and worn individually using it's stowable hip belt. The MultiLid uses MOLLE webbing to attach anywhere with compatible webbing, but is most often used and recommended at the top of the pack to function as a quick-access lid for essential items.

The MultiLid features a large main open pocket as well as a dedicated water bladder sleeve that fits a standard 3L water bladder.  On the underside of the MultiLid is a sleeve where the waist belt is stowed when the lid is pack-mounted. The MultiLid allows the user to downgrade from a pack to a shoulder or waist worn essentials-only go bag.

Love the concept, doesn’t fit unless the pack is completely full

Worked well. My 3L bladder did not fit in the allocated bladder pouch, I was able to squeeze a 1.5L in there though...

    Lots of utility.

This is my dedicated food and water bag that sits ok top of my Warhammer pack. It can quickly be converted into a small day hike or festival pack by removing the packaged food and stuffing it with all the stuff that goes in a waist pack. The 2 liter fits (barely) and negates the need for a separate canteen on your short hike or festival outing. I even take it to work and use it as a lunchbox/essentials pack.

Your imagination is the limit to this thing, and I like that it converts easily in between many uses.

    Expensive

I wish the the mounting straps were like the pouches and not part of the sinch straps. Lid sits awkwardly on the Warhammer. 😑

    Neat Bag!

This is a slick bag. I recently used it on a backpack elk hunt that also included fly fishing gear and it worked well pulling double duty. I like the waist straps on it. It is very flexible for attaching to your pack as well, I do wish there was more info on ways to attach it, just to get some better ideas for my set up. Overall, I think it's a great bag and I am glad I have it in my kit.

Bought for G1 Little Brother for added volume and versatility.

High quality and nice conversion for added carry. Nice to have a fanny for around camp. This was bought for the G1 Little Brother pack. Would be 5 stars but mounting it atop the G1 leaves room for improvement.

    Awesome addition

Definitely a cool addition that if you want to add it to your mainpack you can or use it as a fannypack.

    Very useful pack

Bought this fanny pack recently for some extra space on my ruck. I love it it's well made goes nicely with my J51 Warhammer and I use it for all my little items that I have so I can go without opening up the entire ruck for something that I need for a few moments.

    Great Pouch

We use these for our gas masks. Makes it a quick transition from our packs, to around our waist. I do wish they had some sort of quick release feature for this purpose.
