Team elk pack

I’m gearing up for a elk hunt and knew I was gonna be in the market for a new hunting pack. This one looked to be very versatile and well made and upon inspection it seems to be very well constructed and I’m excited to take it to the woods. I chose this pack because of its ability to hold my bow in a stable way that is convenient to access. The rifle storage option is just a bonus as I don’t rifle hunt often. I’m looking forward to using this bag on multi day hunts as well as day trips for white tail it’s a good size to accommodate both. The ability to customize the bag with add ons is a bonus in my book as well.

Great so Far

Just brought about a week ago, but so far. I'm not a hunter, but I like it from looking at it the first time. So I went back and brought it, yes it was more then what I wanted to spend. But expect this backpack to last for years to come.

Awesome pack

The M5 RMEF pack is the highest quality pack I have ever purchased. It’s a phenomenal pack that will last me years to come. I can’t wait to get this pack out where we both belong. Thank you!

M5 Elk pack

Awesome pack, haven’t camped with it yet or hunted, but have been using it on hikes and she’s hunts, awesome product!

Pretty great, but a Couple Issues

Right out of the box the Team Elk Pack was clearly put together with superior workmanship and materials. The pocket space was well thought out, and plentiful, and the pack fits comfortably on a wide variety of body types, as it’s highly adjustable. I love the rifle carry system. I was considering a comparable Badlands pack and their carry system was flimsy next to the Team Elk. Only two things that bother me. First, the water carry system is off balance. It sits either to the left or the right of your back and not centered. Second, at the price point for the pack, I would have appreciated it if there was a carrying case at the waist that was included in the price. Eberlestock sells a wonderful carrying case, but you have to pay extra. That issue is minor, and all in all it’s a wonderful piece of equipment.
