So far I love it. You can get plenty of gear in it for 4 to 6 days.
This thing is HUGE. Great quality. Extremely happy with it.
Seems good, fits the F1 frame, zippers, etc.
There is one thing that was missed. One way to really complete this pack is to add a little molle on the top so the "multilid" could be attached conveniently. The existing molle on the pack between pack and frame is turned 90 degrees from useful for this.
Exactly as advertised, can fit & do everything you expect and then some (love the roll top). Connects to my F1 mainframe flawlessly.
About 1.5 years ago, I got an M1 Mainframe and the Vapor 2500. While the 2500 works covers my needs most of the time, for the late season hunts where I need to carry extra layers, it was great having the 5000. Just got back from a January doe hunt, and I was thankful I added the 5000 to my equipment.
Ive only been on a few hunts with it and have not had it for long so cant speak to durability but it seems to be made well with good quality materials. Love the Modular System as well. I also like the roll top design becasue you can use the 7500 even when your not filling the whole thing up. Its quite a bit lighter than my previous pack and it holds more at that. This would be more for the actual frame than the pack attached to it but its very comfortable to hike with, I am a Western Big Game guy from Arizona so I do quite a bit of moving around.
Lightweight and strong, this bag packed everything i needed for a weekend camping trip. Hiked in with an F1 mainframe, Vapor 5000 and Batwings. 64 lbs total and i was fine at the end of my 8 mile hike. A few adjustments here and there for improper weight distribution but that was in my end. Love this pack!
I haven’t had the chance to use it yet.
Purchased this peice to complete my back country camping collection. Its exactly what I thought it would be. Looking forward to using it for a long stay trip in the BWCA this Spring...
Overall the pack is nice. It is giant so be prepared. I wish I would have gotten a much smaller one. 7500 is just too big and when it is empty it looks like a poorly packed parachute lol.
