The bags are a lot bigger than you think. I have both sizes. They are awesome!! Get you some...
I went on a 3 day moose hunting float trip. My zip o dry bag kept my gear dry every day. Easy to take off and on and loved the quality.
Durable , roomy….
nice and big and holds a lot of stuff!! Keeps any gear dry
Part 1: Does it keep things dry?
A few days of hiking in the wind and various magnitudes of rain, and this beauty kept my food, clothing, and shelter dry! I even work up one morning and a puddle had formed in a large fold of the dry bag overnight. I straightened it out and the water beaded up and came right off.
Part 2: Storage
An extra 110L of storage that folds away when empty? Yessir! When it's empty it folds away and tucks behind the Warhammer's compartments like it's not even there. When you need it, it's ready to go. How much does it hold? Short answer: all of it. My exterior compartments still had the quick-access gear (rain coat, first aid kit, etc) but still seemed a bit empty since I had 6 days of food, sleeping gear, and clothing in the dry bag. Could I fit more in it? Absolutely. Did I try to see how much of myself could fit in it when I got it because I'm a child? In your heart of hearts you know the answer.
Pat 3: Issues?
I have this attached to my Warhammer Pack. Some reviews talk about the zippers slowly unzipping over time. I found this too, however a few small and cheap carabiners attached to the top of the Warhammer's compartments prevented this for being an issue. I'm not going down a star for this because as things go, I solved this "issue" quite easily with some 50 cent gear, and because the point of this dry bag is more for keeping your stored items dry - which is does splendidly.
