The ButtBucket is a simple and effective way to add a bow-carry option to the Eberlestock EMOD system, primarily built around the F1 Main Frame, or a number of stand alone packs. Using two simple straps/buckles to loop onto the frame or MOLLE webbing, the ButtBucket will hang below the pack to place the bow on the user's back where it can be reached and released for quick-access without removing the pack.

Exactly what I was looking for
It takes some figuring out how to put on the x2. I am still not sure if it is installed the best way. Couldn’t find directions on line.
I haven't tried this yet in the field, but I think it's going to be a better option than the one I have from a competitor. This will be a more "solid" way to hang my bow.
Difficult to carry a crossbow in the buttbucket.
I primarily use this with my bow. I haven't had the opportunity to use it with a gun yet.
I feel the shape could have been better engineered to better suit both bows and guns.
With modern parrallel limb bows they don't really fit down inside they just kinda lay accross it. The top strap ends up carrying majority of the load.
Only one time have I used the butt bucket for my bow during this last season, and it definitely works as intended. Unfortunately I didn’t get a shot this year on a bull- so as I went ini kept my bow in hand or on my shoulders while hiking. My intent of use will be in packing out- securing bow to F1 frame using butt bucket. Next year. For now- its rifle season.
Excellent accessory to have for bow hunting in the mountains.
used this Buttbucket on the F1 mainframe to hold bow when biking into remote ground to hunt Roosevelt elk worked Great held bow secure
Works perfect
I don't use this as Ever lest ok intended. I mounted this on a molle panel that's strapped to the back of the front seat of my truck. It's a great way to carry my bow without messing with a case. I'll try it out on my X2 pack in few weeks and if I like carrying my bow that way I'll probably by another one.
