Our Guarantee
We expect our customers to be happy
with our products. In fact, the very low rate of returns that we
experience tells us that, generally, we're on the right track.
If you need help with something, or
don't understand how something's supposed to work, the first thing that
we invite you to do is to contact us. We'll be glad to spend what
time is necessary to solve your problem.
We offer a Simple Lifetime Warranty
on our products. If your product fails due to normal use, we will
either repair or replace it, at our option. If we choose to
replace the item, it will be with an equal or better product, but we
cannot guarantee availability of an identical product.

We apply a "reasonable man"
philosophy when determining normal use. If something
tears or breaks because of defects in materials or workmanship,
we'll gladly take care of it. But please don't ask us to
replace items that are damaged by fire, dog mauling, willful
vandalism, etc.

Items returned for warranty
service must be clean. Please don't expect our repair staff to
launder your item. Goods soiled with blood or any "mysterious
substances" will be refused and returned to the sender.
If you need to return a product,
please include a note that explains the reason for the return, and
include your contact information, with your name, shipping address,
and/or mailing address.
Our Return Policy for refund,
for products purchased directly from Eberlestock, is:

Products must be in new, unused
condition.

Hangtags must be left on products.

A record of your purchase must be
included.

We will refund your purchase price
(this does not include shipping charges), less a 5% restocking fee.

Returns not meeting the terms of
this policy may be refused.
Our Bottom Line is that we
truly make every effort to please our customers, and we're working hard
to build products that will provide overwhelmingly satisfactory service.
